Step 1
What is a Project Handler?
A real, live person who you can talk to you about your project. Personal attention, focus and a scheduled time to learn more about you and your project are the key ingredients to professionally understand your project needs and goals.
What can I expect when meeting my Project Handler?
1. A friendly and engaging person
2. Not a salesperson
a. There is nothing to buy from your Project Handler
b. They can only listen, take notes and advise you on the next step of the process
3. Will give you permission to ask them questions
4. Looking to learn about you and your project
a. What are your project needs and goals and why
b. Discover the project’s financial investment range
c. Besides yourself, who is making the decision to move forward with the project
5. Will take notes during the meeting
6. Will determine if the project and the financial investment matches your goals
7. Could ask if you would like to look at a similar project with a different financial range
8. Will develop a draft and final meeting agenda to be approved by you
9. Schedule a phone call introduction with Your Project Liaison to set up a face to face meeting
10. Find a convenient time for Your Project Liaison to meet with you
Your Project Handler will schedule all your Design & Build meetings and will communicate via phone and email. For qualified customers we will include an online e-folder to access your project information 24/7. Your personal e-folder will provide you access to your project information before, during and after your project is completed. Share with your family and friends to follow the project progress and see the transformation from start to finish!
Taking the time to develop an open dialogue is critical to the success of your project. We know that many people are strapped for time and life can get crazy at times. Taking the time for us to get to know you will pay off in dividends throughout the entire process. Because the project information is shared among our design and build teams we anticipate and prepare to meet your needs.
