People Buy From People They Know and Trust

Step 2 Meeting my Project Liaison

What is a Project Liaison? Your Project Liaison has been trained to facilitate a meeting agenda provided by your Project Handler.

The Project Liaison’s goal is to verify and confirm your project needs and goals, verify the project’s physical viability and or limitations and to provide options to design a project within the predetermined financial investment range.

What can I expect when meeting my Project Liaison?
1. A friendly and engaging person
2. Review the meeting agenda
3. Will ask to take a 360° tour surrounding the project area and including the project area
4. Will ask what you would like to see in the new space
5. Will ask what is working and what is not working in the current space to be remodeled
6. Review or adjust the financial investment range that is comfortable for both parties
7. Could ask if you would like to look at a similar project with a different financial range
8. Will ask for your direction at the end of the meeting

The goal of this face to face meeting is to continue to build the working relationship, learn how you and your family currently live in your home, discuss your project plans, be sensitive to your financial investment and most importantly, to support your decision about how you want to proceed with your project. Your Project Liaison would like to invite you to our online interactive design meeting test drive. Watch our Design Team design online in real time!

If you decide not to move forward with Your Project Liaison we may have a few options left to discuss.

If you do decide to move forward with Your Project Liaison will be your advocate throughout your project.

To begin this process Your Project Liaison will present several design agreements that best fit you and your busy schedules. Any and all design agreements will be between you and my Design/Build Project. Any building agreements will be between you and the Design/Builder who has been collaborating with us during the design phase. This ensures project continuity from the beginning of the project to the final punch list item.

Step 3 is Next...stay tuned.
