Your words will help others…

Your words will help others…

The project is completed and we have enjoyed building a special relationship and would like to continue staying in touch to service your new space and to be part of your next Design/Build project if the opportunity should arise again.

Post project interview. Once the dust settles and life is back to normal Your Project Liaison would like to conduct a post project interview. Your Project Handler will schedule a convenient time with you and Your Project Liaison. This informal meeting allows us to learn how we can improve the level of service, stream line communication and give you an opportunity to tell others about your Design & Build experience. All the information disclosed will be private and will not be made public.

To help us and future clients we would like to invite you and your family to be part of my Design/Build Project Group on Facebook. Here is where our past, present and future clients can communicate, educate and inspire others how to design and build their home remodeling project or custom home. We encourage our past and current clients to be open and honest about the Design/Build process they have or currently going through with us. Share your experience with others so they can decide what the right choice is for them and their family.

Our Design/Build Advisory board is open to all past and present clients who would like to be part of the evolution of residential Design/Build Industry. This board meets twice a year online to listen to our clients, employees, sub contractors, designers and others who are connected to the Design/Build Industry. If we are to provide you the highest level of customer service we need to hear from the front line of our industry and the people who make it happen.

We appreciate your interest in our company and being open to the possibilities of building a working relationship to listen to your needs, plan your ideas and build value and comfort in your life.

Thank you,

Joseph Dellanno

President of my Design/Build Project

Building Your Project without the Drama!

What! No Drama!
At this point of the project we have mathematically built your project in a virtual 3D model and the team has provided access to the plumbers, electricians and the rest of the building crew to get their expert opinions how to best execute your project. Gathering critical building information is the key to building a great project without the drama of miscues and mistakes! Look before you leap!

What can I expect when meeting my Build Team?

Our Pre Construction Meeting

1. Friendly and engaging team

2. Review the Pre Construction meeting agenda (listed below is a partial pre construction list)

Interactive 3D Design

Step 3 Wat is Interactive 3D Design?
Designing with a photo-realistic computer model of your project is fun and helps ensure that the team fully understands our design ideas and how they will add value to your home. Our interactive design meetings are productive, creative and fun. Clients across the country are often surprised at how much they enjoy themselves during our interactive online design presentations. Presenting your ideas is as much fun as designing them.

What can I expect when meeting my Design Team?

Our Pre Design Meeting

1. A friendly and engaging team

2. Review the Pre Design meeting agenda

3. They will ask if you have any pictures from magazines or images that might represent your design ideas. Not required, but it can be helpful.

4. Will ask questions about your project. Allow 60 – 90 minutes for this interview

5. Confirm the financial investment range before the design phase begins

6. Schedule our first design presentation with you before leaving the Pre Design meeting.

Our Designing Process & Interactive Design Meeting

Your Design Team will create the following:

a. Existing condition report

b. Existing condition 3D model of your home as needed for your type of project

c. Design and estimate the project to ensure it is within the financial range.

d. Once we have satisfied your design needs and goals and the cost of the project falls within the financial investment range Your Design Team will present a working model. We encourage our clients to make edits during the meeting to ensure we have the right solution that fits you and your lifestyle.

e. Design images will be posted to your online e-folder after each design meeting to share your project with family and friends

As we near the completion of your project’s 3D model you ultimately will have the final word on the project’s design layout and approve the final fixed cost of the project. (any concealed conditions that are not visible to the design or build team may affect the project and be handled as an added value cost item to the homeowner, for example, insect or water damage). Note: There is no obligation to move forward with the project after the design phase.
